This is “Grandma’s chicken” at our house. It’s great cause really you can put any sides with it and it works!
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
4 T butter, melter
Little can tomato sauce
Use meat cleaver to pound meat thin. Sprinkle with s&p, coat with flour and shake off excess. Brush with melted butter on both sides and put in pyrex dish. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Brush on some tomato sauce (you won’t use the whole can by far) and cook for 10 more min. Sprinkle with cheese and cook again for about 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
